Refund policy

At Veedanis, we take utmost care to ensure that your order is properly packed and delivered to you in good condition. Since our products are food and consumable products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through Veedanis are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for products that have been correctly delivered and are in good condition.

This includes requests arising due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preferences, or any other reason unrelated to damage during delivery.

2. Damaged Products During Delivery

The only exception to our No Return and No Refund Policy is when the product is damaged during transit or delivery.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

To help us verify the issue, you may be required to provide:

Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging
Your order number
Details of the damage
Any other information reasonably required by our team

Upon verification, Veedanis may, at its discretion, arrange for a replacement of the damaged product or provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Damaged Delivery Claims

Claims regarding damage during delivery should be reported promptly after receiving the order. We recommend checking the package and products upon delivery and retaining the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

4. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will only be considered for verified cases of damage during delivery where a refund is deemed appropriate by Veedanis.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method communicated by Veedanis. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
